does this service ever work? I signed to watch the rodeo world championship back in Mid December, needless to say I have made it through four days, it always locks up or doesn't load, big waste of money definitely will not renew, what a piece of crap. If worked for you, congrats. Really surprised be some of the glowing reviews.

I do NOT recommend their service due to Security concerns. On Sunday I received a text message from them regarding a 70% off offer. They listed my Password in the Text message!! This is a major security breach! Our passwords are supposed to be encrypted so NO ONE can see it. Hackers can grab passwords from text messages with ease. AND when I log-in they are presenting it to me again unencrypted. This is a major problem and demonstrates how I immature your security protocols are. They are clearly not spending the money you need on security software. I have contacted the company multiple times with NO response.

I seem to have been blocked from customer chat. Why?

called the 1573 2072708 number and it is disconnected trying to get a refund and cancel account, there was a mistake on their end!! when I applied the NFR promo code they said I did not finish the whole application although they also said my email address was taken when I went back to correct a mistake it would not let me continue my correction just kept saying my email was taken!! and now they are redirecting me to a billing email which I cannot find

I purchased this service last night in order to watch the NFR. Should have done my homework first, as it takes a set of instructions (16 steps) to get it to work with a firestick. I've been unsuccessful getting it set up and they have not agreed to refund my money- just keep sending me the instructions and telling me to try again. The refund policy says it has to be requested in 24 hrs of purchase- I've requested several times and they haven't agreed to a refund. Find a simpler option.

Horrible streaming function. Freezes the screen all the damn time! Customer service does not process refund requests, they put you on a merry go f yourself. I hope my Am Ex will hit them with the chargeback they so richly deserve.

This site freezes up at least 50% of the time I use. As of now, I'm watching a NFL game and it freezes up every play. Though I got a great deal at 50% of the price, but I'm lucky if it works 30% of the time. Find a better sports streaming site. One of the most miserable experiences I've ever dealt with is looking forward to a game all week, then being totally disappointed by this horrible streaming site, and poor customer service.

Made payment worked with support and could not get it to work properly. I asked for a refund and i got no response.
