MLB FEED IS NOT TRERE OR CUTS IN AND OUT REPEATEDLY RED SOX FEED DOES NOT WORK

Channels never work when you want to actually watch something. Pretty expensive for this to happen. There are other services cheaper and better. Customer service are grood at responding but never really fix the issues for the long term. They also state that if they cannot fix your issues they will refund you. Well clearly that is not true either. Stay away!

All channels buffer. Waste of time and money. Warning, Don't get. Sometimes, no one answers chat.

I left a 1 star review simply bc I couldn't give it a -100. I subscribed to only watch the 2022 NFR on the Cowboy channel. By the time I finally got logged in I had already missed the first 48 minutes of the 1st performance. And there was no audio or full screen. Then, it started freezing up and buffering. I called my internet provider (surely it wasn't 247) and everything checked out. So I started asking for a refund. I've sent no less than 12 emails and all they tell me to do is log in and click on Live Chat which doesn't work and I have yet be able to access or contact anyone. Then they switched my term from 6 months to 1 month saying that's what I paid for. Thankfully I screen shot everything and have the proof. 247 will not even acknowledge my demand for a refund!!! Already checking my legal recourse and it'll be for treble damages. DO NOT PAY THIS PROVIDER ANYTHING!!

The site doesn't recognize my email address and the live chat won't work...the live chat gave me a supposed agent yesterday, Marty Byrde, but he never responded to any of my questions...later the live chat appears to have a broken link and doesn't allow me to go to the chat page. Three times a sent an email that was supposed to get a 10 minute response but no one responded.

SCAM, proceed with caution. This site seems to be a scam; I received a phishing email indicating another service and ended up with a 247tvstream.com account I did request or want. Unfortunately they got my credit card and when I tried to get a refund I got the run around from two “customer service” reps.
