Got my bonus, placed a 1.98 odd bet, the bet was a winner, but didnt get my money from the bet, the bonus was gone, and the bet wouldnt even show on my bet history section. Talked to customer support and they only offered to give me my bonus again, without the winnings. They said "there was an issue with the offer crediting" , so I was punished for their mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Took out 190 euros, 3 days later inform me that i violated some betting rule while i was only playing their games. They gave back my 30 euros and deleted my winnings. I would never ever suggest anyone to put their money in this Casino. Now im waiting if they give my 30 euros back.

Hi, I have been a member here for a few months. Great selection of markets and slots and seem pretty fair also. Need to wait 2 days for withdrawal being reviewed but usually receive instant payment once those 48 hours are up. This is the positive stuff. The negative? Wait until you have an issue as the live chat and customer service are simply robotic and have absolutely no authority whatsoever to help you. I have had several issues and NONE have been resolved but the most recent is by far the worst. I placed quite a sizeable bet on an horse race, bet is accepted and confirmed and goes into my open bets. I click on live video and watch the race. The horse wins. Waiting for bet to settle and it gets voided!!!! Now when I contact live chat they can’t help as usual but say I will receive email within 48 hours. Get the reply and they say my bet was placed a second too late. Now bear in mind it’s over a mile so 1 second or under would have absolutely no advantage and the bet was confirmed and accepted. Also, I’ve literally attempted to place dozens of bets other site and the second the race starts betting is suspended and I can’t place the bet but this bet was accepted and it should have been honoured. I have also checked my bet history and noticed a few races being accepted around 1-2 seconds after off time but are ALL losers and i obviously accept them as losers but why were those bets not voided and only the winning bet voided? I am obviously going to take this all the way as the customer service are non-existent and completely devoid of discretion or any authority to help customers out. I am going to negatively review every site but will change this if/when I get this resolved until then I would definitely avoid this site *UPDATE My faith has been restored in 247bet as the complaint department have resolved my issue and given a gesture of goodwill I think it’s only fair I change the review from 1 star to 5 as the site is good, the sports betting and slots are fair and the now the customer service has redeemed themselves Fair play 👏🏻
