I deposited money with PayPal and suddenly they tell me that the withdrawal failed for no reason and they try to extort my bank details. I have PayPal verified and I asked Paypal if it was a problem with PayPal, of course not! The website is forcing me to provide my details, which is ridiculous. If they don't pay me via PayPal, I'll file a complaint to ADR. I'll try to fight them because you can't force data like that !! I'll provide them bank account number at the end if they dont withdraw to paypal becouse i want my money but anyway I encourage people to fight against something like this. I don't know if this isn't breaking the law because, as far as I know, the money should be withdrawn the same way as the deposit, in accordance with money laundering laws.

This company will request verification shortly after opening a new account within a set time frame 30 days from memory. This is NOT a licence requirement just a company policy. This would be ok except this company will let you keep depositing money but will not let you withdraw any winnings. This is a a completely disgraceful practice that has to be addressed by the Gambling Commission. They should be revoking gaming licences of any online gambling companies that carry out this practice. Write to the Gambling Commission and your local MP who is currently responsible for gaming licences if this company has treated you like this. I'm taking it up with the Minister for communities in Northern Ireland. The Gambling Commission's advice on withdrawals is as follows: "Timely Verification: Identity and source of funds checks should occur at the earliest opportunity, ideally before a customer starts gambling, not at the point of withdrawal. Demanding information only when a withdrawal is requested may be a breach of the operator's licence" Help shut down online gambling companies like this who blatantly treat punters with contempt because enough is enough! Same standard response every time! It's a load of crap and completely inaccurate.

Huge scam. I’m not writing one of those “lost my money so I’m gonna write a bad or a hate review.” I’ve tried withdrawing only £30. Nothing big, only £30 through PayPal. It was in the “withdrawals pending” tab/section for a couple hours, then I realised it’s not there anymore. I taught maybe I got my withdrawal but well, not really. Spoke to customer support who told me “your withdrawal failed” and the typical “the accounts team are on it, keep a look out for your email!!”. I hate these kind of sites that takes money so easy, let’s me deposit with PayPal then the next minute they can’t withdraw you £30 THROUGH PAYPAL? The email still hasn’t arrived. If it’s something to do with verification, should be able do it on the site, but it’s not an option there. There’s so many red flags with the site. Getting banned for no reason, can’t withdraw. If you decide not to bet but spin, again. Whatever you win it’ll be like a 3-4 week process for you to actually withdraw it meanwhile being banned if they feel like it.
