This betting site is a complete scam. I have been waiting for a withdrawal to go into my bank account for 5 days, even after sending documents for verification. Finally after a week i recieved my withdrawal.

terrible experiance, customer service is a 30 minute wait...i asked for a small goodwill gesture for my birthday as i had lost 360 euro straight after opening account here and they banned me from all the whitehat casinos instead, one of which i was a loyal long term customer of called playzee ( a very good casino). This was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I certainly did not ask to be excluded from All Whitehat Casinos. shocking traeatment.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! literally signed up. Showed all my id etc. account was verified I won money. 3 days later still pending then I get a email asking for ID, a Utility bill , a photo of myself next to the ID and a bank statement showing my deposit to the company. Emailed these back to the company. 3 days later still no response almost a week later still waiting for my winnings. This site purposely makes it difficult as possible to withdraw your winnings. The online chat people do not help or tell you anything. Con company and should be banned from The betting market
