Avoid like the plague. Been waiting for my verification to be processed for 3 weeks. Only asked to verify when i won £300 and went to withdrawl. Verification says wait 48hrs meanwhile 3 weeks later still not verified. All required documents sent, what should have been straight forward has become a joke. Customer sevice do not reply. How they have been given a license by the gambling commission is shocking. The commission should be ashamed of themselves.

This is possibly the worst gambling experience I"ve ever had. Won 250 pounds and 119 pounds. E-mail stating "we have been unable to process your transaction." What an absolute load of rubbish!! Asked for bank statements. Provided them. No response. Can't get through to Live Chat for love nor money! I fear this is an absolute scam and I'll be making a formal complaint to the independent dispute resoltion. I have e-mailed 11 times with zero response, and asked for the company complaints procedure. Zero response once again. I feel absolutely betrayed and robbed, in short. I won, fair and square, and they've happily taken money from my card. But they won't return any winnings. How have these guys got a gambling license? Why is nothing being done?

been trying to withdraw for two days. And a senior called Farah thought it would be adequate to say they will look into it soon after waiting 2 days. Will definitely be reporting this company to the gambling commission. Atrocious service, you have rude people like Martin, Summer working there. If you get through to them nothing will happen but they will make you wait 5 mins and say they busy so use the email process. Absolute atrocious customer service.
