The rigorous application process after the initial interview, the Upskilling training provided, and the fact that you have to pass those training was a great and remarkable experience for me. Though it took a while, almost 3 months before I got the group discussion email after completing my REAL ESTATE BASICS training. I had already forgotten about the training and application and missed the email for about a day before I accidentally stumbled on it in my inbox. Please work on that. Overall, it was a remarkable and challenging experience. I loved how challenging everything was. The recruiters were just top-notch, friendly, and welcoming. The recruitment staff are helpful and friendly. I had a hard time with the assessment and almost gave up since everything was new to me but I'm thankful. It tested my capabilities, others may say its easy, but for me it's challenging.
