STAY ALERT
Dear Consumer, I am writing to bring to your attention some critical information that may impact your decision to continue with the course you have enrolled in at 1to10x. After conducting thorough research and fact-checking, I have uncovered several inconsistencies between the company's claims and their actual operations. ### The following points outline the key issues: 1. False Claims About Physical Presence: 1to10x claims to have physical offices in the US and UK, but in reality, they operate from a virtual address and a physical office located in Noida, India, which is not disclosed to customers. 2. Inaccurate Founding Dates: Despite stating on their LinkedIn page that the company was founded in 2020, the profiles of their senior staff indicate they joined the company only 1.5 years ago, casting doubt on the company's longevity. 3. Misleading Counselor Profiles: Several of their counselors have falsely stated on LinkedIn that they are based in the US or UK and work onsite or in hybrid roles. However, their earlier posts indicate they have always worked with Indian companies, specifically from India. 4. Dual Identity of Senior Staff: The Senior Product Manager at 1to10x appears to be using two different names. His name is listed as "Mohammad Imran Khan" on the website, but his LinkedIn profile states "Anik Kundan," and evidence shows he operates primarily from India. 5. Questionable Office Location: The office space currently used by 1to10x in Noida was previously used by another company, "Dataisgood," raising concerns about their business operations. 6. Unaccredited Certifications: 1to10x claims their certifications are recognized by the US and UK governments and other organizations, but independent research shows that these certifications hold no accreditation and are not recognized by any universities or companies. 7. Misleading Job Roles of Counselors: The counselors working for 1to10x often claim to hold roles such as data analysts or consultants based in the US or UK. However, it has been discovered that they are actually sales executives working out of Noida. If you are someone planning to join them then avoid them at all cost. If you are someone who has already joined them then you can raise a dispute for the transaction that you had done with them through the gateway that you had used, either Stripe, PayPal or any other. After raising the dispute you can provide the evidences that they have lied and giving false commitments and this way you can get the refund through your bank.
