Not very impressed
Not very impressed! Kerry the representative was brilliant that visited on the 17th Jan. We agree to have new Wills and arrange a Trust. Abit expensive £4156 for the both with storage, but my husband wanted to get this sorted, ✅ the box. Received the Wills OK, but we wanted to have the trust documents to make sure everything tied in together before we signed. Since then we have played the waiting game for 5mths, chased it a few times in the past month to be told the trust documents would be sent out in the coming week. No didn't happen? Then we received someone else's trust documents to our dismay! I immediately contacted 1st line future planning and asked if our trust had gone out to someone else instead of us? As these are incredibly person documents and would not like to think others were reading our documents. I was told they hadn't, they were still putting our documents together (again). Tbh I'm not sure I believe them? I did receive a second class envelope to return the other person's trust document. 13th June and we are still waiting for our trust documents? Very disappointed with the service - Nothing is sent by recorded post. Time frames are definitely not kept. Over priced compared with a local solicitor. Regretfully I cannot recommend 1st line future planning.
