First Class Medical is a First Class company. They're representative,Collin Rimes responded professionally to my many questions as we compared various models of portable oxygen concentrators. Response time was good from my initial request until Collins call back. They were also able to help me with other products ( regulator for bottles of oxygen, excellent soft cannulas, backpack for my new machine and new cart for my tall bottle of oxygen) I live in a very small Village in rural Wisconsin. My home is located in an area that often gets storms or power surges that cause the electricity to go out leaving folks like me totally vulnerable. It is literally a matter of life and death that I have a large dependable supply of oxygen available 24/7. Collin is helping me put together a life saving package upon which I can depend. I am a 27 minute ambulance ride from the nearest rescue facility(hospital ER). First class Medical is an answered prayer! I feel safer and will have less anxiety knowing that I have everything I need.
