Great customer service, bad oven
Update: 1 Sale shipped me a replacement oven very quickly, without even requiring me to return the old one. However, the second one had the same flaw, the fan wasn't mounted. I feel like they got ripped off by the refurb company, and yet, they still issued a full refund again without requiring a return. Customer service would be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (6 stars) but the oven itself knocked it down to 4 stars. I will shop with them again. I'm going to have to return the oven, because the part on the inside top that has the fan is loose and the fan won't turn.

Hi Dave, Unfortunately after reshipping another unit to you we were unsuccessful in satisfying. We immediately refunded you in full and did not want to inconvenience you with a return of the 2 units. We are truly sorry that this transaction did not work out. We hope our efforts and full refund show just how dedicated we are to our customers satisfaction!

These bottles are small and the directions are in Hebrew. The items were shipped quickly. All in all a decent purchase.

Process was easy. Product was very reasonable. They said it was quick shipping and it was. Very similar to Amazon. Loved the ease of this. Also got to use Pay Pal so no credit card information given

Outstanding, quick customer service!
I was very impressed with their quick, responsive customer service. A product I purchased broke (heat sensor triggered) and they promptly shipped me a replacement immediately, couldn't be more pleased!
