We’ll how do I start, I came to 1of 1 after being with zap-hosting which let me tell you, nothink but issues no customer service unless your willing to wait days and when your server is off because there issue it can cause some issues and let’s not talk about the downtime, but wow since joining 1of1 from the get go I had ordered a host from 1of1 within 2 hours (would of been a hour) but due to my own error guille came back on after spending the time getting my server over (transfered) which must of been a pain because zap limited the download to sonethink small but even after the long stretch of bringing over the server went over and beyond with somethink that isn’t a server host thing to sort went in my config and sorted everythink out, downtime I can’t comment as iv never had a downtime so that’s a massive bonus but the best thing about it all? The staff, support and just the team in general can’t ask for a better hosting company!
