I dont want to be dramatic, but I could not in good conscience say anything less than: 1 Call Closers University has radically CHANGED my life for the better. Here's why: 1) I made connections with incredible people who have high-level mindset, skillsets & habits. 2) I am continuously called to my highest & best here. 3) I have more autonomy, & more financial, time, & location freedom than ever (and I can't describe how GOOD it feels). 4) I learned skills I never thought were possible & I earned a lot of money in that process, plus I will continue to earn a lot of money no matter where I go in life because of those skills. 5) I live a life I am in love with, now, & get to honor the Almighty in everything I do on this team. 6) I'm treated with respect, warmth & encouragement daily---genuinely cared for. 7) This team pulled me out of an excruciating and lonely place after major losses & devastation---they gave me a home to learn, grow, stay encouraged & to rebuild my life again.... that's priceless. 8) Most important: I'm better woman, daughter, friend & professional than I imagined because of being here---& my BIGGEST REGRET is that I did not join the 1 Call Closers University sooner.

To say I was hesitant when I got into a discussion with 1CC is an understatement. Within minutes of meeting Christian, I knew 1CC was not like the previous company at all. Rich and crew are servants at heart as well. They teach their closers to lead with heart and help others get out of their own way to live their best life possible. This is true for their closers, their staff, the companies they close for, and how they train us to close. I was met with open arms, encouragement, and support. This team is so willing to help others. There is room at the table for everyone to eat, pull up a chair, all are welcome. As I have experienced over my years as an employed adult, company culture is systemic. Rich and crew KNOW this and embody empowerment and accountability. They do not ask you to do anything they haven't done themselves, and are not willing to help you learn. There are trainings every day, whether formal or informal. Need help? Message ANYONE. Everyone is open to help. I am so grateful I took the chance, invested in myself, and came on board. I have increased my closing rate by 90%!! There is no cap on my earnings, I am in complete control of my earnings through my learnings. Finally, the gratitude 1CC shows to their people is refreshing. You know you matter. You are celebrated, thanked, and held to account. Take the leap. Do the work. Show up. Ask for help. Success is waiting.

I've been with 1CallClosers university since December 2024 and had a great experience so far. The team has a great system to onboard new sales reps and help them find success. I love the flexibility of the work from home closer role and appreciate the positive culture. Its a great place to learn the closer role and develop the necessary skills for success.

I was very naive about the high ticket space but figured I’d take a job to make some side money. I had some sales experience in the medical industry but clearly nothing high ticket and one call closing. The company offers a ton of free trainings which is cool but I quickly learned it’s sink or swim. You can choose to work your butt off, learn and grow OR u can choose to fall between the cracks. It helps if you’re driven, competitive and enjoy the hunt because you only eat what you kill. I rely on the daily trainings to stay sharp, focused and mentally strong. The training is great but only if YOU take advantage of it. The culture is truly great here and the leadership is phenomenal. Meeting the founder and his core team and learning what they stand for and their vision only cemented my decision to make this a full time effort. 9 months in, I sold my first 1M and looking to double that the next 12 months. I went from avg living and piles of credit card debt to debt-free and a nice little nest egg in 6 months. Want a challenge for personal growth, grow your bank account, and perform your duty to help your fellow man? I’m confident I know where to find that.
