I was a bit skeptical about joining 1CC at first, but they have truly given me the financial, location, and time freedom I deeply needed. I used to work a desk job 9-5, got paid the same measly amount. Even though I had ZERO sales experience, the dedicated mentorship and support you get from them, the (almost) daily coaching sessions, call reviews, etc. gave me the necessary pathway to develop my sales skills step-by-step. The company culture is extremely upbeat, positive and supportive. Often time in sales people are hesitant to teach or support another person. Particularly somebody that is new. Not the case with one call closers! Everybody from the managers, owner, as well as other new hires are all extreme the supportive of each other
