Excellent introduction. Great free consult. Gave them my credit card number and paid. Never heard from them again. Dedicated phone number for assistance only goes to an answering machine.

My email and or personal calls are rarely returned. I have no idea what is going on with my account. I have complained before but only Mitch responded. He said he would send me an email but I did not receive anything.
