Order process was simple. Entered doctor info & did not need to send Rx. Trying to enter an "in care of" shipping address, different from my billing address, took several attempts to be accepted. Hopefully my order will be processed and shipped promptly because I am traveling & need to receive my order within a certain time parameter.
