Don’t get me wrong… I LOVE their cookbooks, I have several. So, knowing how much I love the cookbooks, I bought the everyday cast iron with the magnetic trivet. It’s nice enough, but I’ve noticed my food has an odd grayish color to it that I feel is leeching from the pan itself. I’m not a stranger to cast iron maintenance and care, and doing nothing different that how I care for my Lodge, Staubb and Emile Henry.

From the time I ordered your product to the time it arrived, I received 17 emails offering more products. It turned me off to the products.

The product seems very high quality. Shipping is a bit of a mess. Customer service is ok on the back end. You need to be careful when ordering as there is a bit of bait and switch on the ecommerce side. There is an overwhelming amount of email promotions... too many

Surprised and disappointed at the products based on their description and price. My experience handling them is still too new to go into detail but I will keep an open mind and return to post further reviews. BTW why ask for comments so quickly after delivery?

It was a final sale. Nonetheless, the pan had two indentations in it. When I tried to voice the problem, I send an email and got no reply
