I have placed 2 orders from Milkstreet. Both orders had 2 items each. The first order I placed 26 days ago was split into 2 shipments (knife and grater ordered). To the date of this review, 8/23/2025, neither package has arrived. The item in this order took 2 weeks to ship. I received notification that the shipping label was created but, once a shipping label was created, it sat several days before the package moved, like it was sitting in the warehouse not picked up. Still in route according to FedEx. The second item in the order finally had a shipping label created 2 days ago and is still sitting at the warehouse not picked up. Glad I ordered long before Christmas, there is a chance I may get the packages by then. About 1 week after placing the first order I place my second order, Ki and Kiji knives. They shipped within 5 days of order placement and have arrived. I would review the knives on the Milkstreet website but, I can't find how to leave a product review. The products I have received so far are satisfactory (not great) and the shipping issues will definitely limit my desire to order more from Milkstreet in the future. If you like long waits for the products you order you will be fine ordering here. I buy things to use, not wait for slow order fulfillment and shipping.

Called customer service, they couldn’t give me any information due to “moving facilities “

I ordered 2 cookbooks, and need to return one. The shipping cost was an outrageous $17.95 - as I could have ordered these on Amazon. To return the one book, I had to in inquire how to do that as nothing came with the books. AND I will now have to pay even more to return it. I’m trying to avoid Amazon but this expense will have me rethinking that.

Knife is very nice. Would have been 5 stars if it had a blade guard for storage.

1 star for garlic press, it doesn’t work. I wrote customer service an email expressing my opinion of the product and my disappointment of the lack of a customer satisfaction guarantee; the website says no refund. I said my peace and moved on. A few days later I received a response and a refund. I appreciated that and so I give them 3 stars. I liked the idea of the garlic press, but it just didn’t work; clearly not “tested in the kitchen”….

I loved the look, size, and planned use of this pan. I purchased three for myself and family members. I first made scrambled eggs in it and they stuck badly. It needed to be seasoned or treated prior to first use and I was under the impression that it was ready to go.

Well, after making me jump through hoops to add responses to reviews, I became frustrated and decided that any company that makes it this difficult to respond, I'm not interested in purchasing a membership! Additionally, I have been burned TWICE by companies with crappy customer service/or no service AT ALL and even though you had many positive reviews, there were too many reviews that sounded like my previous situations and "BUYER BEWARE". Burned once - shame on you - burned twice shame on me!!!!!! Until your Customer Service and return policy grows with your products, I will be too cautious to purchase from you. Hope you print my review - I'll be LOOKING!!!!!!!!

I ordered the 7.5 everyday pan. I loved the concept because pans are often either too large or too small. In this case, this is too small and not deep enough to be of practical use. The problem is making a return. They do not supply a shipping label so you pay full retail shipping rates. It will cost half of the purchase price to return. I feel extremely gouged! Guess I’ll hang on to it and consider it a lesson not to order this type of merchandise. Having read the review below, I feel even more disappointed.
