I ordered poultry shears in October 2025. It’s the end of December and still no shipping notice. I was told they’d be shipping in early December which is clearly wrong. They charged my card in October though. I doubt I’ll ever see the shears and I’ll wind up having to do a chargeback

I have emailed the company 4 times to return an item since 12/20 and today is 12/29 and no response. The return window is soon expiring and no one has contacted me with how to return the item or where to send it. This is unacceptable business practice.

Very disappointed with Milkstreet's products AND customer service. I have purchased items for years, yet, recently, I have had so much trouble... especially with MS's knives... The handles on two different knives have broken. I hand wash and dry immediately. Expensive knives should not break.. And, the customer service, oh my! Do not need to say more.

Ordered a knife in November, end of December and it still had not shipped. Took three emails before someone replied with an update that provided tracking that showed the item still hadn’t shipped. The products might be good but the service and shipping times are some of the worst. Find a comparable product from a better store or website and buy that.

Milk Street Products - I placed an order on 12/9. Said the product would ship within 3-5 business days. Contacted 12/18 - no status. Milk Street sent me to Fed Ex for tracking . Fed Ex has not received the product from Milk Street to ship yet. I cannot get anyone from Milk Street to respond.

Scam! Promised 12/15 Xmas delivery for 2 items for gifting. 7 days later, find out the order I was charged for, was processed but never scanned in to carrier system. The emailed response from customer rep, said looking into it, after I emailed and said its needed for Xmas in 2 days. Then they also asked if I wanted a replacement for something I didn't even receive yet, which is why I contacted them. I asked for immediate refund and got the auto reply that it may take 2 days to get back to my email. No # to call!! U can only email. Site also says NO returns unless your item is broken. I am not sure how u can sell items without being able to contact customer service, or make a return, that's if u actually receive their product! They sure do contact u with a great amount of spam though immediately after u make a purchase.

I ordered 2 items online Dec 7 to take advantage of their 50% off sale. The order total was close to $200. Noted that only one item was 50%off. Shipping was tacked on for $17. I received half the order on Dec 16. The second half of the order continues to show waiting for details. Two emails to the listed email for the store regarding the delay garnered no reply as of Dec 22. Called the number listed for Customer Service this morning. Wait time one hour. Was told this number only for the subscription, 866-400-0537, however internet search states otherwise. Am told they would email the store on my behalf. So much for this Christmas gift. 😡

Utterly horrible customer service. I ordered a knife for nearly $100 dollars as a Christmas gift on December 7 and received a notice that its estimated ship date was December 15th. That date came and went with no shipment and not even the courtesy of an update. A few days later I got the fedex notice that a label had been created but STILL no shipment. It is now December 22 and no shipment and no hope of its arrival by Christmas. These unprofessional grifters should be ashamed to take a paycheck.
