I find Chris Kimball's attitude on the show to be rather pretentious and overbearing. He's not the greatest chef on TV, but thinks he is.

The blade is awesome but could use a blade cover and delivery is very slow.

The knife works well. Sharp and nice to hold. Wish the handle was not plastic. Also would like to know where it is made. Interestingly I could not find that info anywhere on the knife or package.

I had to wait a long time before I received the pan I ordered

I do think that waiting as long as I had to was very long!!! It wouldn’t hurt to, at least, cancel the shippping charge considering the length of time I did have to wait to receive the pan, etc.

Shopping and ordering was easy and my order arrived quickly. The frustrating thing is that AFTER I ordered, I got several emails about money off, discounts and free shipping.

This purchase was a gift! I already owned one of these knives for myself and wanted to share the love to other family members! Shipping took quite a while, but otherwise I’m very satisfied.
