Love the product but waiting on shipping is painful

Item arrive on time, as ordered. Still - DO I really have to get ads from the store every day in order to get the emails about new recipes? I have changed my settings, but the number of ads are annoying.

Great product. Carbon steel wok is a pleasure to use. Waiting from July to October to have it delivered was a disappointment.

The delivery took too long and the information was scant

I'm still waiting for two of the items in my shipment that reportedly was shipped 10 days ago, one thru FedEx and one on UPS both show still waiting for item.
