I LOVE my Nakiri and the new kitchen-kiji. I admit, I put off ordering for a while, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping. Well! I'm sorry I waited so long. Entirely worth it! Don't punish yourself longer than you have to. If you've been looking at the knives for a while, just order them. Truly great!

One of the lids was damaged upon receiving my pkg. Milk street replaced this item and responded very quickly to my concern.

The cookbook I ordered arrived quickly. I was able to track its progress easily, and it was left in a safe place by the delivery person. I’m looking forward to trying many of the recipes I’ve seen prepared on the Milk Street TV program.

Christopher, you used to write the most wonderful essays! I hope you find a way to write new ones or publish a compilation in one of your cookbooks featuring your global insight into culinary practices around the world. Congratulations on the success of Milk Street.
