Ordered in July. Recd Nov. No status updates until I inquired. Poor customer service.

Too many emails selling things. I love the recipes and videos of Christopher cooking. I love his attitude and stories of his travels.

I received my order in two parts. My shipping experience was terrible. There should be a choice of shippers available for those willing to pay for shipping. Maybe there was, but I didn’t notice it. I don’t allow fed ex to handle my orders for the past few years, for bad service. The products I received are ok. The spatula is too big for my pots/pans but works great at the grill.

I would like to know why my purchases took so long to be received. I believe that these woks were ordered and paid for in early summer. If the delay was caused by the items not being available, I would have appreciated receiving some notification.

I ordered 3 items, two items arrived fairly quickly. There was zero communication about the third item, just a note on the order that it would be delivered in September. The order date was Aug 12. Around 10/1 , I sent an email to milkstreet support to inquire about the item. They said it was finally in stock and would be shipped asap, it did not arrive until 10/10! A little communication would have been nice!

We like the product. However -- we ordered it -- it was a delayed delivery -- by six weeks. Ok. Then, nothing. We finally had to initiate asking where it was. Another six weeks delay. Finally, it was delivered a week after that. No communication from the company gave us little confidence in the company as first time buyers.

Took THREE MONTHS to receive it. Otherwise it’s a very nice wok.
