Two weeks later still waiting for my order to ship. Lack of informed response after inquiry.

Too many ethnic recipes with difficult ingredients to find.

Lack of phone based customer service makes the Milk Street company harder to work with. Misleading online notices claiming one sale price but finding that discount notice is not accurate, even when entering the offered sale code, when on the checkout page, is not the experience I want to have. (This occurred with a recent "offer" involving the Noko offset serrated bread knife. A 30% discount offer turned out to really mean 10% off.) Reply to Milk St comment: The online notice I received was for one specific item - the specific knife - and said it was 30% off. This was not a general sale notice (where there are noted exclusions). If Milk Street sends a communication about a single specific product and says it is 30% off, I do not expect that sale amount to change (to 10% off) when I go through the checkout process having entered the correct sale code from that email sale notice. THAT is MISLEADING.

Lack of secure packaging inside the boxes and both boxes were dented in many places. Not the first time of poor packaging, sadly.

Hello.. I am still waiting for my Order to arrive. One must be very patient when ordering from your company. I am hoping the two items I ordered are of the quality you claim them to be.

I ordered the 10" Wik on July 7 and it did not arrive until October 4....four months. Unacceptable and I won't order again from your company until that improves. I also never received updates on the continued delay until I made an inquiry. I do like the wok and look forward to using it.

Ordered in August and received in October. Will not order from this company again.
