Made my first purchase from the Milk Street Store recently and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Easy e-commerce site to navigate, clear billing instructions, and prompt shipping. The items I purchased (and the way in which they were packaged) exceeded my expectations. Incredibly happy.

It is wonderful to have a trusted source review quality ingredients and offer them for sale. I get so tired of the same old "stuff" at the grocery store. Thank you for doing the work for me and offering items at reasonable prices. I enjoy your approach to cooking very much. Thank you!

Great kitchen goods, great recipes, great customer service. Thank you so much for all your help with my recent order, and for responding quickly to my email when a glitch with my browser prevented me from requesting expedited delivery. The two hammered carbon-steel woks I ordered as Christmas gifts arrived by the 24th, so you absolutely saved the day!

The product description for the kitchen-Kiji was informative and clear. The selection and order process were easy to follow. Checkout was straightforward. Confirmation of order and for processing through shipping and delivery was punctual and helpful. The knife is as described and excellent. My new, long term favourite and go to all purpose prep knife for raw foods.
