Nice products but the shipping took a very long time. I ordered Dec. 8 and received one product almost three weeks later (after Christmas) and one three and a half weeks later (after Jan. 1). I would only order again if I didn't need anything for a specific date, or if that date was at least a month out.

Easy to order, but not very clear as to when order would arrive. Day before, I got an email from shipper as to arrival. Also required a signature to receive, which seemed unnecessary. Love the hinoki boards!

The blade is larger than I expected and does not fit in my hand as easily as described. I’ll keep using it and try to adapt. But I’m cautious about not getting cut.

The quality of the products has always been very high. So have the prices. If the item is not unique to Milk Street, I can usually find it cheaper elsewhere. However, you do carry many items that are unique and delicious. I do enjoy splurging.! My pantry could be a Milk Street advertisement!

I bought the small (10.5") carbon steel wok. I was so delighted to find a decent small wok appropriate for cooking for one or two. The quality of this wok is phenomenal - solid, balanced, good lid. Instructions for finishing were excellent, and it has taken on a beautiful finish. (I used grapeseed oil.) The only downside is that it took much longer for delivery than originally promised. Also, based on the website recommendation, I bought the stainless steel wok tools (spatula and skimmer). They too are great quality but far too large to be useful in the small wok.

Product is great. Shipping takes forever. It's hard to tell if the product is coming from a US based location or from overseas. The cleaver is sharp AF! It's going to be a great addition to my kitchen.
