I always look forward to my magazine. I love the stories about different cultures and stories of personal travel. I don't always make the recipes, but I usually make at least one. But seeing them and reading about them keeps me up to date on trends and information.

Milk Street gives a full description of any item you are looking at. It's like having a conversation with a specialist about whatever item your looking at. They show the product in action. The two knives I've ordered are wonderful quality, good feel in hand and super sharp. My husband has added these to his knife drawer already. I'll just borrow when I need them. Next, the carbon skillet...if I can wait till January...
