Worst customer service ever. When you write to them about a problem, which in my case was placing an order, you get a canned response that someone will get back to you in 1-2 days. They never do and you're left in limbo. So, instead of my ordering nearly $100 worth of stuff, and possibly becoming a repeat customer, they have lost my business.

Buyer of Kimball’s Milk Street products BEWARE!!! Bought a wok for my daughter and spouse for a gift. Unbeknownst to be they had tried to return multiple times making repeated calls. Milk Street DOES NOT accept returns! My family had concerns of cookware not from US or countries with high standards of safety/government of origin oversight with recent contamination even in overseas medications from China and India! Milk Street DOES NOT accept returns or does it allow reviews of its products on its site. Higher grade woks from Japan and other countries with superior reputations on product safety are less expensive. They do not list country of origin where products made or consumer safety testing for “premium” products! I am left with a boxed wok that will be disposed of that I can not and will not donate if it is not safe for my family! Wasted money and I will NEVER purchase anything when a professional lacks such transparency! Since others on website cannot review any of his products or services Kimball can hide any deception or dissatisfaction without ever changing his company’s business ethical compass!
