Deplorable customer service reps who work abroad basically parroting the same response "you need to go to the 'Store' website for your refund - the store does not have a contact number nor does it respond to its "customer service" emails! Kimball's Milk Street is a poorly operated scam.

UPDATE: The second email address I was given for tech support said I need to go to a website and request assistance! Looks like they are up to the same scams signed up for a 12 week trial on March 6, as of yesterday it was still not activated. So I canceled that account and tried to sign up again, same issues! I was told to email an address for tech support, they emailed me with a different email, I called three times, I filled out a website form and all I get is an Internal Server Error and a page that says account processing! BEWARE!!!

Members are continually bombarded with sales offers, most of them overpriced and poor value for money. Many of the recipes are not well-received and appear to have been poorly researched. They also renewed a subscription without warning and made only a partial refund one day after taking the money. Their customer service does not reply to queries.

This store will not take back returns or offer a refund. Every store and online company I have dealt with has a return policy in place. The customer is always right? Not at this company! Steer clear. You can get supplies from other vendors.

there is no way to contact the milk street store other than their online form. After 4 tries, they still do not respond. My order has been in there since May 12th and still nothing. This should be an FCC violation.

I Accepted an emailed subscription offer. After payment I received a promotional download item by email but NO email activating my account. You guessed it, they've got my money and I'm shown as ACCOUNT 8873333, but after emailing them for days now my account is STILL NOT ACTIVATED. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Terrible!!! Placed an order a month ago and I’ve heard nothing since! It has not shipped and they will not respond to any of my messages requesting a status update or asking for my order to be canceled. They had no problem taking my money though! Absolute worst. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know.
