Unfortunately the item that was received was broken in several pieces. It was a special gift for my friend. I did receive a response and refund which is appreciated. I’m on the list to be notified when the Japanese bowl is back in stock. I do hope it is back in stock soon. The packaging was poor. There was only one piece of packaging paper around the bowl. There is no way it could have survived shipping.

It takes a long while for the product to arrive. However, I have nothing but good comments about the product itself.

The product was as described however the delivery was substandard. It took the 3rd party delivery carrier Amazon delivery over a week to deliver. The shipment process seemed cumbersome between Milkstreet and Amazon as opposed to delivery straight from Milkstreet.

Tired of five to six adds per day, especially when they repeat on things I've already ordered. It is becoming more frequent to find the same or similar items at other vendors for less money.

They jack the price up on their products. You can often find the same product for alot less elsewhere. For example, the tout this Morracan olive oil and it's $32. But you can find the same one for half that amount. And currently PSK Prk Nam Pao is 19.95 on their website but online I found it for 14. So always see if you can find the product elsewhere for less.
