I had forgotten that I had bought it! You took forever to deliver

I have used it about 5 times and am not very impressed. I can't see this being a go-to knife for me. Its not big enough to effectively dice even a small/medium onion. Cucumbers stick to the blade, just like on my French knife. Its good for mincing herbs, but so is my French knife and also good at larger vegetables. I like to keep the point of my knife in contact with the board and using a "claw" to hold them together. This knife severely limits the grouping size that I gather, making slicing and dicing a longer project than I am used to. Its very light which could be nice, but the handle seems cheap. The metal seems to be good, but I have not used it enough to make a judgement on how it holds an edge. Would probably try to return it if I didnt think it would be a pain in the butt to do so.

I ordered a Nakiri knife. The first one was very sharp however the Handle separated in a couple of months. They sent a replacement with what seems to be a newly designed one piece very cheap feeling handle. Well the blade on this one isn't sharp enough to cut a ripe tomato. Im not impressed with this product! I dont think Ill order anything else from this company.

I love the website but you have to pay for most every recipe. I enjoy when you have a free one here or there, but this is no longer worth my time to sort through.

First, recipes are interesting even if they sometimes take a little adaptation to work. HOWEVER, beware if you want to rely on their website for recipes. In the last few months they upgraded(??) their system and wiped out all of my saved recipes. The renewal function did not work so I emailed about the problem, no response. I called and got the problem resolved but it was not an easy process. Now it's the second time I've been blocked for days due to "non-renewal status" even though I renewed in June and it's now less than 2 months later. Helpline just says we can't take your call at this time.

Renewed my membership in June as a digital access only membership for a year ($19.98). In July, when I got around to looking for a recipe, their website said my membership was expired. I've tried for two weeks by email and phone to reach someone but have had no reply. Beginning top think the membership offer are a scam. Will have to file a disputed charge with my Visa issuer. Thanks Kimball but you need to work on customer service. UPDATE: After 2 weeks of unanswered voicemail, I was finally able to reach a live human. The young lady apologized for the trouble I was having and took care the membership issue while I was on the phone. Very helpful. Wish that had happened two weeks earlier but glad I finally got it straight.

The FedEx driver left my package by my backgate. That gate is on a public street. Anyone walking by could of stolen my package. The driver was too lazy to drive into my cul de sac address.

Lots of emails for too expensive products. Always selling. Every day. Give me a break.
