It took five months till they sent me my 13" wok. If they don't have them in stock, don't take our money.

I placed my order in spring and this last item has been pushed off. Last word was it would arrive in Sept. It is now Oct 1st and all I have received is a notice that a label was created over a week ago yet no shipping info as package has not been picked up for delivery. This was a gift for a July shower and now the wedding is next month. Your website needs to state when ordering if an item is backorder so customers can decide to buy or pick an alternate.

I was so excited to get this. However, unlike the wok I bought from Milk Street (which I love), I could never season the pan properly. Now it's beyond repair and will be recycled. I didn't get one successful use out of it. I think the company could have done a much better job explaining the importance of getting the seasoning right with clearer steps on how to do so. I would suggest to customers that unless having carbon steel or cast iron is extermely imporatnt to you, if you want good stick free pans try ceramic.

This is so strange! I have purchased this knife two other times for my other homes and it worked perfect perfectly. Seems really odd. There must be something wrong! Can you test it out? For yourself? I was chopping vegetables last night and it was not moving well.

I am getting no response from this company. It’s been paid for and not delivered.
