Blocked from accessing my subscription! I paid the $25 yearly access/discount and they have changed my PW (I had it saved and it no longer works just a month later) and the reset link NEVER sends me the link. I have emailed their customer service several times over several days and I have not heard a thing. They do not have a phone number. This is FRAUD and they have stolen my membership fee. Their prices are way too high to purchase without it. DO NOT get a subscription from them; STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATING PEOPLE. Also, in you deal with them at all, be prepared for multiple solicitation emails DAILY. SO MANY emails!!

No real customer service no person to talk to No person to talk to I would avoid this company.

Company is seemingly unable to process a simple request for subscription service refund. Subscription was purchased in error. Tried to correct within minutes. Met with disjointed incompetence. I personally do not care to understand fine distinctions between milk street store and publications. Apparently they operate completely independently, although co-located on same site. Utter incompetence.

Honesty in business, and life, is everything. After watching Milk Street, Chris said, and in print, you can access “ALL EPISODES AND RECIPES FROM THIS SEASON’S SHOWS AVAILABLE FREE.” That isn’t true. You need to join, pay probably with a credit card, before being able to view the recipe. My husband always said, “If you can’t do business honestly and ethically….don’t.” Trust is everything. I will not turn my credit card information over to Milk Street to worry what charges may appear monthly.

I ordered 2 products from the Milk Street Store. While the products were satisfactory, they weren't exceptional. My main issue with this company is their "Sales". My items were supposedly 40% off, and I was in a hurry and simply ordered as the reputation of the company is decent. My fault for not doing my due diligence. A few days later I discovered if I had ordered thru Amazon I would've saved $50! Not chump change! Any company who deliberately deceives their customers is not a company I will support. Their customer service is non existent as well.

Received an email from Milk Street cookbook had shipped. It is now 19 days later and USPS still hasn't received it. Customer service is worthless and tells you it might be 4 weeks before it ships. Why send the email? They wasted no time in charging me. So disappointing.

They only accept returns for damaged goods. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you know you will not return it. What a scam!!!!
