REPEATED poor customer service experiences. Account inaccessible. Products ordered but not delivered, and no response from customer service. NO phone numbers available. NO clear communication. Deeply disappointing as I am a HUGE Cooks supporter and a 20+ year subscriber.

Why cannot Chris Kimball teach his staff how to correctly pronounce what they are making?!? Especially Italian dishes. Puglia? Tagliatelle? Etc. YOU DO NOT PRONOUNCE A HARD G !!!!

I took their offer of 12 weeks for $1 and, after the 12 weeks they charged me $29.95 for a full subscription, saying I was supposed to tell them after 12 weeks I did not want their magazine. This is bait and switch. I've emailed and telephoned yet, despite assurances no refund has been sent.

I used to love their coffee sugars. Then they went away. Then when they came back, they were new packaging. They are very quickly clumped up, but I didn’t know that it was all of them so it took a long time to find out that they were all like that. Unusable and gross. They say there’s nothing they can do and they won’t refund me after six months so I was a loyal customer and now I’ll never do it again. Don’t buy from here.

This product is so aggressively bad and actively the opposite of what it is advertised to be. It's touted as having a "Smooth (Nearly) Non Stick Cooking Surface" but is so rough (like sandpaper) that trying to dry it off with a well-worn dish towel leaves fibers everywhere. In an attempt to salvage my wasted dollars, I tried to season it today and you can't even apply oil without leaving half of your cloth behind. How this can be advertised as nonstick is beyond me.
