It took over three months for the order to arrive. During this time there were no updates, nor could I access any information on the shipping. The Shop app was worthless.

I ordered one and got two. I sent two e mails and got no response. How do I return unwanted item?

Most difficult company to communicate with! I received “will respond” emails but never a concrete answer specific to my order. The order was processed in June and I just received it today! No communication or follow ups while they did charge and withdrew the money as soon as i ordered. Routinely, companies do not take the money out until the product is shipped. No “live” agent to speak to. All non responsive emails. Love their products but not a good company to deal with. Stay away & save yourself a lot of aggravation!

I ordered my wok in May 30. It was delivered in October. I had already moved.

I placed an order in July. Finally received my order in October. There were no updates, no apology or explanation for the delay, no communication at all.

Three and a half months to receive an order is crazy.

The two cookbooks are absolutely useless. The recipes in the cookbooks indicate having to buy a lot of ingredients for every recipe. Do not order anything from Milk Street. Returning the cookbooks is not possible according to hidden guidelines

I’ve waited since July 5 for my small wok to be delivered. First it was august then September and now into October. I never heard from you those entire 3 months unless i asked what was going on. All kinds of excuses about tariffs and shipping and taxes. Plus you charged me for the item in July. The day i decide to ask for a refund you finally come up with, Oh, we just got the shipment in and will be mailing your purchase out in a few days. I have no faith ill ever see that wok!
