Terrible customer service. Way overdue delivery of my order. Continual delays and postponment of my oder delivery. I still haven't received my order from four months ago! There is no empathy or attempt to improve this problem, on their part. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone. I had to go out and purchase another additional gift to avoid the embarrassment of nit having this order on time.

Ordered and promised in June. Then July. Then August. Then September. Finally arrived in October.

I ordered a 10 inch wok and was told that it would be delivered the end of the August 31 at that time I had to contact the company to Get an update on my order .Thin I receive an email telling me that it wouldn't be until the end of September. When I tried to talk with somebody on the phone I received a recording with no help Could not Get to talk to A representative for any information. As they say I am not a happy camper

It is 5 months since I ordered my item. It was being aggressively advertised, and I ordered it, assuming you wouldn't be marketing an item that wasn't in stock. I made the purchase quickly, but I'd seen ads for it for days. i suppose I should have been more vigilant (that's what your instagram team told me), but I didn't see the shipping date (more than 3 months later) until after I bought it. But when the shipping date comes, it was delayed another month. Last week, I got an email telling me my order was on its way and giving me a fedex number. However, as of now, the only progress is that a label has been created. I would love to write an enthusiastic review of the product, and I hope I am able to, but so far the only thing I know you're good at is hype.

When I preordered on June 30th AND paid the website said delivery would be July 30. Then without notice or an offer of a refund the website changed delivery to Sept 30th! Three months and 9 days later I finally received my wok. Do better. Your products are great your presales are not good. Don’t charge until item is shipped.

I haven't received my product. I haven't received my Milk magazine. what is to like? NOTHINGH.

The product seems fine, haven't used it yet but the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. I get an item can be delayed but common courtesy, you let the buyer know. Not once, not twice but three times I had to contact Milk Street. Done, never again.

I understand dealing with supply chain and tariff related issues but selling an item as a back order and still not having the product 80 days after the sale is unacceptable. I suggest you change your policy that allows you to make a sale without clear understanding of when that sale would be fulfilled.
