Never received. Amazon and USPS can find my address

I never received my order and when I called the company and the delivery company neither could help. The customer service people said I had to contact by email and the delivery company was a recording that you couldn’t get beyond and speak to a person. Kept rejecting my order number and tracking number. I gave up and contested the charge.

Please leave me alone! I keep asking but you just won't go away. You jusy blindly keep coming, and coming, and coming...

Package has been at the local GOFO hub since 10/17. But Your new carrier has declared my address as “restricted”. So as of 10/20 I have not received my order.

They don't deliver the products. I waited more than 3 months for a wok. I ordered and paid for a knife in early July and I am still waiting.

The little wok is probably fine (I haven't used it yet). But my frustration is over the purchase and delivery process. I was not told the item was out of stock before I purchased it. I was shocked to learn that you took my money but wouldn't ship for 4 months. After 4 months, I contacted customer service (which was an ordeal in and of itself - there is no phone number to call) to find out where my order was, only to learn it would be another 6 weeks before it shipped. To not get regular updates on the status of my order was hugely concerning. When the item did arrive, I was traveling so I was forced to pay an additional fee to UPS to keep it from sitting on my doorstep until I returned (exactly what I was trying to avoid when I selected the date to purchase!). I was very unimpressed with how Milk Street handled this and thought it was completely unprofessional.

I asked a question as to whether I had purchased a small wok. Instead of getting the answer another wok was added to the first order. I think your outfit does a booming business in wooden nickels. I will never order anything else from Milk Street. Barbara Roberts
