I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I have not received help about this issue

I still cannot access recipes even though I have both print and online memberships. I have ordered from MS for years. In fact, I received the Backroad Italy book yesterday as well as an Artelegno tray annd w jars of piccolo datterini tomatoes. Other items are delayed at MS as apparently you have other problems. Fix the access problem, stop asking for $1 to access recipes and you will have a happy customer.

Customer service leaves something to be desired - after a total of 3 email requests WITH order number and a facebook post I finally got a response for me to ship it in for refund consideration.

The product was excellent. The issue I have is when I ordered the wok, I believe I also ordered a cookbook/CD that was offered with the purchase. It wasn't in the box with the wok so I assumed it would be send separately. Still haven't received it. Robert Hunt

I was excited to recive my Nakiri knife but it is so dull, I had a really hard time chopping celery. What can I do to resolve this?

Super frustrated. Ordered knife in August and STILL haven't received. I had to reach out to ask and the response is it keeps getting delayed:(

I would love to review the knife (ordered and paid for in July) but have never received it. I have contacted them several times via email and the shipping info keeps getting pushed back… I hope I haven’t been duped. I’d love to order the kitchen shears, but I’m afraid too. Buyer beware!!!!!

The 11 inch "everything" pan is NOT non stick. I cooked BACON in it, which stuck to the pan and then eggs which fused to the pan. Milk Street does not respond to my emails. I will never buy another thing from them!
