Why is Trustpilot giving these scammers a 2.5* rating when all reviews are 1*? To repeat; Facebook advert, money paid, long overly complicated consignment history and a final "the parcel was delivered successfully" message Guess what? No product

Definitely a seems to be a scam site, ordered items from Craghopperoutlet site from a Facebook AD (also part of the scam) and got two weeks of tracking info like others 16Track are reporting, stating delivery and signing when we weren't home and checking door camera no one delivered anything at the time stated. No responses to emails either reporting non delivery. Do not trust Craghoppersoutlet.com site and 16Track information is my advice.

THIS IS A SCAM. Your package will never come, it will say delivered when nothing was shipped. Fake fake fake!!

Needs a 0 rating. Their website Claimed to have delivered five separate packages with the claim of “successfully signed for”. No way to check as to where it was delivered or what company delivered it. Totally ripped off by the seller.
