scam. lost my money from this bullshit. it took them 3 months to tell me that my order has arrived and that it’s waiting for delivery but after patiently waiting for another month i still got nothing. my package never arrived.

Ordered some Radley handbags and purse 1st order took over 3 months to say it had been successfully delivered and signed for but not site of it complained and they sent out another order to which yet again today said had been successfully delivered and signed for but guess what no parcel and was in all day unable to show where it was delivered and who signed for so angry

1st delivery says delivered, not to me it wasn't. 2nd delivery the same - have been offered 50% but am fighting for a full refund. The site I bought my items from says that the delivery company is a world renowned on, I work for a worldwide delivery company and know how things work. They can't provide me with a packing list or a proof of delivery- disgusting service.

Scam site pretending to sell Paul Smith gave me tracking numbers then say it was delivered on a day we were in, but can supply no proof. Offering a 60% refund. Avoid

This business claimed to have delivered my parcel but it hadn't. There was no card or photo to prove they had. On asking the seller for a refund I was told it wasn't their fault and offered only 60%. I am suspicious of both this tracking company and the facebook craghoppers factory store

If I could give a minus 100 plus I would. I’ve just been scammed out of £60. Said my items had been delivered & signed for but they haven’t. I’ve even gone through my camera footage just in case we never heard the door as we were in all day & night but nothing there. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs. Will report it to the bank fraud dept & hopefully get a refund. If it’s happened to anyone else can I ask if you managed to get any money back & if yes could you please let me know.
