123stitchReviews of 123stitch.com

I’m very happy with my order & the speed with which it arrived. I ordered 32 skeins of embroidery floss from their huge collection. The ease of selecting floss was wonderful, you can enter all the numbers you’re interested in and they all pop up together. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service and prompt shipping. I have used 123 for years and decided to write a review after the outstanding customer service. I placed an order with the wrong quantity. They adjusted it with no issue. My items arrived and had manufacturer defects. I alerted 123 as a courtesy and let them know I reached out directly to Wilchelt. 123 refundsed the price of the 3 kits!! In a prior order last year, my husband ordered items for my birthday. There were items I already had, 123 gladly exchanged the kits for me. In addition they have flat rate shipping that is economical.

I purchased 4 cross stitch charts but one was incorrect. I contacted customer service, gave my order number and explained what had happened. I was told to keep the incorrect chart and was issued a refund. Love 123 stitch. Will definitely be using them for my cross stitch supplies and patterns.

This place is really great. I decided to try them because I don’t want to support Amazon any more. I purchased a book, thread and fabric. Everything arrived exactly when order tracking said it would, carefully and perfectly packed. Shipping was $3.49 which is very reasonable. I will shop here again. It’s a small business, so you might not receive your purchases as quickly as Amazon, but the quality and care are worth it.

Fastest order fulfillment even with very reasonable shipping cost. HUGE selection of stamps and dies, and some of the best prices. Lots of other papercrafting (and cross-stitch/sewing) products, too.

Great collection of patterns and supplies Also fast shipping .Items purchased are carefully packaged and arrive safely. Helpful customer service. Always available to bring quality service to their customers.

123stitch is a real boon for stitchers in the UK. The range of products is brilliant; postage charges are so cheap and the tracking service is excellent. What really impressed me though was that when I wanted to cancel an order shortly after I had placed it, they immediatle cancelled it with no fuss. This is my first port of call for embroidery supplies in the USA. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Shipping is amazing to the UK. Without 123 Stitch it would be so limiting. Orders arrive within a couple of weeks. You can see where they are with tracking. I contact them for requests and they sort it 100%.
