Great service! They are always helpful. Their shipping rate is exceptional and always receive my order quickly and in in great shape. Can't find anything negative to say about this company!!!

Ordering on line with this shop is amazing. Their selection is great and has carried everything that I was looking for and needed. All my orders were processed promptly, shipped and recieved within 5 days, coming from TX to SC The orders were packed neatly. My only problem is everytime I looked in the store, I have to buy something.

Item despatched very quickly and arrived sooner than expected to the UK. Good communication and responded quickly to a query. Pleasantly surprised!

Great prices, good value for money paid. After extensive research of online store options for Kreinik thread, ordered from here and will keep ordering more! I have not needed customer service.

I have been ordering from 123stitch for years and, with one exception, have had no problems. In that instance, the wrong DMC thread was sent. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond; they sent the correct within days with no extra charge. Processing and shipping have always been reasonable for my orders. Based on my experience, I recommend this company.

A lovely company to deal with ! My craft dies were very securely packaged and in excellent condition. Fully tracked post to UK was excellent and great to follow the journey. Highly recommend this company to UK purchasers.

My favorite online shop. I have been a client for many years. Good selection of goods, reasonable prices, constantly different discounts. Fast and cheap international delivery.

They have a wide selection of products to choose from with reasonable pricing. I've only ordered twice from them but both time I received exactly what I ordered with no issues. I actually received my last order two days earlier than the estimated date per the tracking number. It had to travel across the country so I am impressed.
