11x.ai is becoming a standout tool in our revenue GTM! With a relatively small total addressable market, we needed help with automating outreach that was intentional, high quality and hyper-personalised. This tool is helping us do just that and we have seen a much higher positive response rate than most campaigns that were sent manually through our CRM. Additionally, the people behind it (specifically mentioning James Manasseh) has provided excellent support not just at onboarding but also throughout our journey as a customer. Everything has been smooth, easy and seamless and I would recommend this to anyone who is either super familiar with auto-mating their GTM processes or those that need extra hand holding! 11x is a awesome tool. I am surprised by what is has been able to do so far. It puts out great messaging when you give it the right prompt it really understand what you are asking it and does a great job. Its able to find the right prospect based off your ICP and the cherry on top is great customer experience team that is always available to assist.

Really smooth experience so far with Paddy, clear presentation, flexible on our needs and features for our package and articulation of value for us. He also outlined what a 'perfect user' of 11x was which allowed us to do our homework on having a large TAM, strong messaging and differentiation, and simply using Alice as a scale-up to an already performant business development function. Excited to get working with the 11x team and Alice 2.0, I expect we'll be ramping it up a lot this year.
