Hi Oday, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear your experience with 10 Second Racing was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your provided order number. The product included in your order was in stock and still is in stock. The reason why your order was eventually cancelled was due to an unrecognized shipping address provided on your order. Our service team reached out to you 7x over the past three weeks asking for validation of the provided address or an alternative address to ship the package to. You responded to our last contact attempt in an aggressive manor pushing our service team to use the listed address. When our team followed up on this dialogue, they asked for proof the provided address was registered to your name. When we did not receive a response after three business days, your order was cancelled and refunded due to suspected fraud. It is possible our risk team made a mistake in voiding your order. If you feel this is the case, you are welcome to use the private shopping cart we recently emailed you to checkout on the same item. We included a local UPS pickup location in downtown Tel-Aviv we have used before. It looks like there was a delay in the tracking number provided from the manufacturer of your headers. They unfortunately have been in the process of relocating facilities. Their service team did not return a response for formal order updates from our vendor relations team leading up to the ship date. It looks like tracking was uploaded to your order via UPS recently and the package was delivered. We are happy to help further here if desired and look forward to our next interaction with you. Hi Matthew, We are sorry to hear your experience with 10 Second Racing was less than optimal. I reviewed your provided order number and noticed there was one item included, a singular ignition coil. The order was cancelled becuase the manufacturer of the coil, Holley, discontinued the sale of the singular coils for your vehicle application. The reason why is becuase when clients experience cylinder misfires, they opened product warranty claims against Holley. Since clients were using several brands of coils, Holley could not confirm if their branded coils were the root cause. We still offer this set of coils in sets of (4) to match your engine style. We are happy to help further there if interested. To address your concern regarding payments, you used Klarna financing for a $20 purchase. Klarna does not provide your payment details to our team, nor does any payment gateway provider. You were not charged for this order since it was a voided transaction. Hello Jason, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order #1961 to understand what happened. I found quite an extensive email chain between our Order Updates team and yourself regarding the order status. To summarize in short what I believe happened, customs intially refused to progress the package due to an invalid Harmonized Code (HS) provided by UPS international. UPS then redirected the package back to a forwarding facility. Our team successfully routed the package back to you about a week later and provided the correct harmonized product code to customs as opposed to relying on UPS. The package was accepted and progressed to your listed address where it was delivered. I believe your order was updated with a legacy tracking number from UPS, however the number was changed after the package was routed from the forwarding facility. Hello Kevin, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order #2057 to understand what happened. You ordered a Corsa® (16-23) Camaro SS/ZL1 Xtreme Plus™ 304SS 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System without NPP. This product was in stock and ready to ship and still is as of 04/08/23. About an hour after your order was placed on 12/30/23, your order was updated with a shipping label via UPS. The UPS team informed our logistics team that your listed ship to city, state, zip was not recognized and suggsted an alternative city with the same zipcode instead. Our service team followed up with you about two hours after the order was placed via phone and email to suggest if the new city, zip was acceptable. I confirmed with our phone system log as well as email that you did not answer our attempts to confirm the address update for several days. You called our service team from (360) 391-7805 on 01/04/23, a different phone number than the number listed on your order. I personally listened to the call transcript and was appalled by your behavior. Your sexist and racial epithets toward a staff member were uncalled for and disturbing to say the least. After reviewing your interaction history with our service team, I believe we made every effort to give you the best service possible. Unfortunately your behavior resulted in a refund initiated by upper management. I regret to inform you, if you have not been made aware of already, that you have been banned from placing new orders on our store permanently. It is a pleasure to serve our racers and it also a privilege to shop with 10 Second Racing. I wish you all the best in building your 10 second car with another retailer in the future. Hello Jody, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order #2010 to understand what happened. I noticed two Mickey Thompson P255/60R15's tires listed on your order from the Street S/S series. The S/S' are an extremely popular tread pattern with us for just about every size. When you placed your order in mid December, we already had a massive order pending with Mickey Thompson for delivery of the S/S, Street R's, etc. The delivery was postponed by Mickey Thompson between 12/16 - 12/23 and pushed back until the last week of December. Upon receiving this news, our service team notfied you via email of the delay on 12/23. I reviewed our system call log history and noticed you called 3x on 12/23, the same day we notified you of the delay via email. We did in fact miss the first two calls due to max call volume and deeply apologize (I recall it was a short staff that Friday night due to Christmas weekend, much of our team was on holiday by the time you had called in). That 3rd call attempt was connected with a great service team member who immediately contacted our account manager at Mickey Thompson in an effort to cancel your order. I reviewed our email chain with them and it looks like they actually did attempt cancel the order in good faith. It's possible that their logistics team was also in short staff and didn't relay the message in time. The shipment of the tires unfortunately went out on the 26th, before we had the chance to receive a follow up response from their team. On the 27th, we attempted to redirect the shipment, however the tires has already shipped via UPS Next Day Air due to the destination via Hawaii. This was a unique situation considering the item, ship to location and timing, so I apologize for the experience you had and would be emphatic to make this right for you Jody.
