Item said it was in stock, ordered the exhaust, said 3 day shipping. Get an email saying it's shipped from manufacturer, backordered, then canceled. Still receiving emails about my order being ready to ship. So much disconnect. After this reply I changed my experience to 5/5 and look forward to future purchases.

Hi Jason, We are sorry to hear your experience with 10 Second Racing was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order details. The exhaust you ordered was in fact in stock with the manufacturer at time of order. Unfortunately this item was impacted from emission regulations by the EPA and discontinued shortly afterward. The manufacturer did not notify our vendor relations team of this product change until your order was submitted with their team to ship. Our service team attempted to contact you via phone and email to offer alternative exhaust options. We did not recieve a call back or an email response regarding how you wished to proceed, leading to the order cancellation. If you still are interested in an exhaust system for your Sentra, we are happy to help however we can. Please feel welcome to work with us again anytime and we will do our best to make it up to you. - Dan, Service Manager, 🏁

Honestly if they gave me the right parts that I need for my car they're amazing at helping which parts to pick. I helped them by telling them the parts I have and they helped by telling me which parts will fit. Their response rate and customer service is amazing.
