I personally reviewed your order history to better understand your experience. You ordered (1) of the ISR PERFORMANCE HYUNDAI GENESIS LS MOUNT KIT. This product is labeled as 'Manufactured to Order' with an estimated 6-8 week build time. I am unsure where you saw a label with 'in stock' as this item is a special order build only with ISR Performance. It cannot be produced in mass and stocked. I reviewed an email thread between yourself and our Order Updates team last week when you inquired for an ETA. Our team clarified the same message in this item being built to order with several weeks left in the build process before it was expected to ship. I am also unsure which messages you are alluding to regarding a tracking number. There was only one inbound email submitted from yourself which was answered within an hour the same day. If we may be of further assistance regarding your order status, we also offer phone service. We may be reached at (888) 257-1077 for sales, tech support or order updates. Thanks James. We also paid a production expedite fee to ISR to bump your place in line as a courteousy. Hello Brandon, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the quality of the products you have ordered. I cross referenced your provided email and noticed there was an thread between our service team and yourself before placing your order. If our team was not clear, many products we offer are not discount eligible. This is a price restriction implemented by the manufacturer of the products, not 10 Second Racing. The GovX website is a great resource to identify which brands are discount eligible on our store, however it is not possible to apply those discounts from their site to ours (or vice-versa). If I understand their process correctly, you need to checkout on their website to apply your account discount. I believe you checked out on our website becuase you did not have access to those price restriced products on GovX's website. We are happy to stay in touch in the future if you have certain brands in mind not appearing on our GovX store. We appreciate your service and will work with you on package deals when possible.
