Order Cancelled and no Refund received
Order Weld wheels through 10 second racing in March. I patiently waited pass the build time Weld racing gives. I decided to cancel my order so I could start the refund process. 2 days after cancellation I received a tracking number from UPS for the wheels but the package was canceled and shows that UPS never received anything. I also received a receipt from 10 second racing of a completed order with a different order number from my original. I decided to try and call because if they actually had the wheels to ship I would not cancel the order but they never picked up the phone. I used Affirm to purchase the wheels, after cancellation all of this information was sent to me as if the wheels were shipped and delivered. Affirm told me I couldn’t receive a refund because 10 second racing told them they delivered the wheels. I called every other week to check the status and it constantly was pushed back which lead me to cancellation. My order number changed after I cancelled my order which didnt make since to me.
