Superb service
Really impressive customer service from these chaps. Ordered a Diode unit for our 2006 Subaru Legacy Twin Scroll Turbo back in November, but it's now only made intermittently in batches. However, 10 Second Racing constantly kept me updated me on the progress, and it finally arrived in-stock 4 days ago they shipped it out immediately and it arrived with us yesterday - to the UK from The States! Excellent service and our Legacy can now get back on the road. Highly recommended even if you're a potential UK customer.

Great customer service stayed on top of everything throughout my process of buying my mid pipes from them always replied to emails within hours not even days much appreciate them couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Holidays gotta love the mail.
Well rushing through the holidays and forgot to order O2 extensions. We'll ordered them 2 days before Christmas and got them on the 3rd. Stressing out cause mailing label was canceled by third party without warning, I called they reassured me and bam there they were. Loved every interaction professionals to the end very satisfied and will recommend everyone to 10 second!

Amazing experience
The customer service is absolutely amazing. Pricing for the product I ordered was better than anywhere around. Highly recommend and will be making further purchases.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience from start to finish. Although there were some delays with my package shipping from the US to the UK—likely due to ongoing drone issues in the US—I stayed in touch and received quick responses. The item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I sought. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from 10 Second Racing again! Thank you very much!
