Hi Richard, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback of your experience with 10 Second Racing. We are sorry to hear it was less than optimal. I reviewed your provided order number and confirmed you had received a 10% discount on your long tube headers ordered. Our cost on the brand selected is normally 20% off MSRP. We essentially split our discount in half with you so you could make a few points off your customer. If you were looking for a larger discount off this brand, you were welcome to contact the manufacturer directly to apply for a wholesale account. I imagine you purchased from us because the manufacturer denied your request due to the size of your shop. Your wholesale discount code on our website will be deactivated today. Hi Jiadong, thanks for the provided order number. You did not receive your exhaust mid-pipes because you filed a chargeback as they were in transit. I personally called UPS to redirect the package back to our facility. You are fortunate we were able to redirect the package, because if it delivered, I would be filing a consumer theft complaint with your local police department. Mateo, had you notified the service team your package was delivered to the wrong address, we would have gladly worked with you to mail a replacement. I can see your intake was in fact delivered to the same address provided on your order. As opposed to notifying our team of a lost or missing package, you decided to submit a chargeback claiming you never received it. If you would like to reconsider modifying or removing your review, I am happy to work with you on a resolution. If you are not interested, you are welcome to contact UPS customer service to submit a package claim. This is a process my team helps with for customers when they are missing a package. Hi Juan, thanks for the provided order number. Your mid-pipes were shipped two days after your order and were returned back to us due to an unrecognized address by UPS. Our team attempted to contact you several times via email since there was not a phone number listed on your order. You finally responded by the time the mid-pipes were returned to us (two weeks later). We asked you to confirm a valid mailing address and the package was delivered to you successfully a second time. You also requested to cancel your order while the package was en route to you the second time. Our support team very clearly explained to you it would be possible to redirect the package back to us for a $25 fee. This fee is charged for redirecting shipments by UPS. It is not charged by 10 Second Racing. Would advise you actively monitor your email in the future when submitting new orders with 10 Second Racing. Hi Diego, thanks for the provided order number. You did not receive one of the products in your order because it could not be shipped to California due to CARB emission restrictions. You had multiple interactions with our support team to find another solution. You were not open to considering another option which could be shipped to you, hence why this item was refunded.
