Samuel, Bank of America still has your dipsute under review as you are the which initiated a fraudalent chargeback. As previously stated, if you had simply waited for your cat set to deliver to you, your refund for the return request would have been returned to you about two months ago. As of today, your chargeback is still pending review and has not been decided. Unless you have access to any information regarding the dispute, I do not have any further updates from our end. Your order as previously stipulated in multiple emails, calls and communication, was cancelled and refunded back to your card used for your order. You proceeded to dispute the charge, which to your point, froze the funds from the transaction pending investigation. I do not have anything further to add or offer in an effort to help you. Hi Vlady, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback of your experience with 10 Second Racing. We are sorry to hear it has been less than optimal. I reviewed your provided order and confirmed your refund included a debit for a restocking fee by the manufacturer. Your selected radiator had been picked and shipped by the manufacturer. Your request to cancel the order was submitted one day after this item had shipped. The manufacturer had to redirect the shipment back to their location which incurred a redirect fee with the carrier as well as the restocking fee. They passed both costs to us to which we split with you as a curteousy. Hi Kenneth, thanks for the provided order number. 10 Second Racing only sells direct 'bolt-on' exhaust systems. This means the requirement to install any exhaust systems we sell would not require additional modification for installation. Based on your provided information, it sounds like you could have chosen a better mechanic or install shop. The fact that your shop opted to 'bend' exhuast piping tells me they have novice level experience. Hi Tashia, your order included a custom manufactured to order coilover set. The product listing did not advertise stock, it actually included a note confirming the item was made to order. You were made aware of the lead time for this item shortly after ordering, you opted to wait. Our tech team offered several alternative options we had in stock for you to switch to, you declined each offer. I am actually at a loss for what else we could have possibly done to help you as your own choices reflected your the wait time for your order. We can only create shipping labels with UPS if the package is shipped from a US location. We also did not ship you the wrong item from my review of your order.
